Respected Sir/madam,
a. I, undersign hereby submit my complaint against M/s Infibeam.com. Complaint detail and correspondences with Infibeam.com is as under-
1. I had ordered two nos Adcom3d tablet 707/ jelly bean/3g+keyboard + power bank APB22 (Combo), black, 4 GB as per order ID 12108606 dt 23 Nov 2013.the specification of product is main criteria to select this product as it has two cameras.
2. I had received the product on 29 Nov 2013. After opening the parcel I found that received product is not matching with ordered product as per specification of product as displayed on M/s Infibeam.com site. On M/s Infibeam.com site detail specification of product as per Annx-“A” (copy enclosed). As per Annx –“A” the product is having two cameras front & rear with 1.3 MP and as per received product there is only one camera i.e front with 0.3MP as per manufacturer’s manual.(Annx-“B”). The same has been intimated to M/s Infibeam .com on next day as Delivered Wrong Product and asked for replacement.
3. In reply to this M/s Infibeam.com asked for photographs of the product front & rear side and the same is mailed to them on 02 Dec 2013.(Copy Enclosed as Annx-“C”).
4. In response to this mail I had received a call from costumer care saying that “they can offer discount of Rs 500/- each on future purchase as compensation.
5. With rigorous follow up with M/s Infibeam.com in one off their mail confirms that they had arranged a courier service to pick up the product. It is not cleared that they did same for the replacement. In their next mail they cleared that the replacement will be done only after availability of suitable product.
6. Courier company collected the product on 11 Dec 2013. The same has been confirmed from m/s Infibeam.com. They had forwarded the product to service station. The reason is not understood to me.
7. After rigorous correspondence one fine day I received mail from M/s Infibeam.com stating that “They are dispatching the product to me”. The same is received by me on 18/19 Jan 2014.
8. After opening the parcel, it is seen that the product is exactly the same which was returned by me previously, with front camera 0.3MP only.
9. The complaint of same is launched again with M/s Infibeam.com as Delivered Wrong Product on 20 Jan2014 (copy enclosed Annx-“D”).
10. In response to 20 Jan 2014 complaint they asked for photographs of the product front & rear side and the same is mailed to them on 27 Jan 2014.(Copy of Mail Enclosed as Annx-“E”). They want confirmation that the parcel is not opened. How one can see the product without opening the parcel!
11. Next day I received a phone call from customer care stating the same as 10% compensation on future purchase or cash back. Due to the network problem the conversation was not clearly listen by me so I asked them to communicate through e-mail.
12. Till date no communication/reply has been done from their side in regard of solving the issue.
b. I hereby stated that complete history/communications done with M/s Infibeam.com. I had some doubts/ observations in this type of marketing companies working as under:-
i) How one can identify that product received is genuine/ not used previously as the product received by me later is having same seal/ hologram.
ii) This type of marketing uses different agencies for different / same work so no one is dedicated to customer as customer care services is working for different services at the same time.
c. M/s infibeam.com is neither replying properly nor replacing/ delivering the specified product to me from Nov 2013.
d. Please look in to the mater to solve the issue as I am unable to solve the issue and feel cheated/ humiliated from M/s Infibeam.com for not getting the desired product. Spending lot of my time and energy to get the paid product. So instruct M/s Infibeam.com to deliver the paid product along with the compensation for delivering the wrong product twice and pressuring to me adjust with what they had delivered, thus the resulting in to disturbing my mental health, personal life as well family life.
