I had availed Job Seek Service (Ref. Order No. 1314361) from Timesjob.com and paid Rs. 2750.00 on 5/02/1990 and also sent the confirmation mail for service activation. But till date my service has not been activated. The representatives from Timesjob.com conveyed to me that I have to pay for some extra services such as Profile Verfication, Resume Writing for activating my "Job Seek" service. Without that I can not avail any benefit from "Job Seek". But during first conversation with me about Job Seek service it has not been mentioned that I have to pay anything extra later on. When I have been notified about these extra services, I told the representatives of Timesjob.com that I do not want to pay anything extra and I want to cancel "Job Seek"service and want a refund of Rs. 2750. They refused to arrange for the refund. I feel duped by your agency. I want an immediate refund of money and I think it is serious breach in Fair Business Ethics. The representatives should have made me known about what packages were covered in the "Job Seek"service and what was not.
