Complaint Details
I placed an order of reebok shoes from myntra.com on 6th january 14. Product was reached at address on 15th january..I refused to take delivery because of delay delivery. Courier boy update wrong details of delivery on website. when i called to dotzot courier office they said, sir one of our executive update wrongly information and we have send your product to myntra warehouse.the courier agency returned to goods to myntra's bangalore warehouse. when i call to myntra office, they say that the product has been delivered to you .we did not get back in warehouse. i am calling again and again but they are not giving proper response.
I would like to request you plz look into this matter and regive hopefully reply.
