Dear Sir/Madam,



You Broadband is doing the cybercrime. Please project this issue. Below is history of case and requesting for your help.



My self Panyam Phani kumar working with Larsen and Toubro company in Vadodara Branch. I have applied for new Broadband connection from YOU Broadband India Pvt. Ltd but they have not provided. I am giving the full evidences on this case & explanation to understand my problem.



Point 1: Initially they checked the feasibility, I got confirmation of feasibility to provide the connection and asked to pay online the amount. And also they are giving me offer for additional 10%.

Evidence 1: Attached is the mail evidence for this confirmation & offer.



Point 2: I made a payment of Rs 4197/- through online on 20-Jan-2014 and in that confirmation mail they mentioned that I will connection in within 7 working days. It is now more than 12 working days ( excluding Saturday & Sunday)

Evidence 2: Attached Online payment Transaction receipt & Payment confirmation mail with time to complete mentioned



Point 3: Even after many follow-ups to customer care on phone & mail not response to mails or else if they response also we providing proper response.

Evidence 3: Attached is mail conversation between executives of company & other relation officers.



When I ask for refund, they are saying they are not giving proper response also even after many follow-ups. But finally I came to know that feasibility check has not passed but not giving proper answers, when they will refund.



So I am requesting for help your help to resolve this issue.
