I submitted a request for change in calling bill plan for my no.-9871800744 on 19-01-14 with clear instruction to not to deactivate any other activated service on my no.
As 2 yrs back also airtel disconnected my unlimited GPRS 99 without my consent and later activated after filling a complaint. And from past six months there employees are harassing me to switch my GPRS unlimited 99 plan to GPRS unlimited 175 plan.
Till date they have not resolved my concern and more over again deactivated my GPRS 99 plan, changed my account no. and messed up. And one of there executive Saurabh and his boss Satish told me to do what ever I can, as they have all the rights in the company to do as per there desire.
I do not understand how they are handling millions of customer, as they can't handle one who raised a simple request on the 19-01-14.
Seems for small profit there employees are following unethical practices and are taking customers for granted.
Kindly refer the attachment of the entire chain mail and also see how rude is this Saurabh while communicating with customer.
