Dear Incharge,

I have ordered TRAVEL MICRO HAIR DRYER OZOMAX TWO SPEED FORDABLE (281074232762) on 21/10/13 from www.ebay.in, where clearly mentioned 6 month warranty.

This product is not working for last 15 days, I approached to customer care of the product on 18004190299 & they confirmed only 3 month warranty & disconnected my call.

I also approached seller (Xavira Sheth- 09930157002) via mail (As below listed) & also try to approach on phone but his no. is switched off.

I also understand that ebay only provide warrenty of 30 days. But on their site it is clearly mentioned 6 month warranty with the product.


I also approached 5 times but EBAY is also not responding.

Kindly help & other details are below listed.
