Complaint Details
I had booked a consignment vide no Z15772678 ( parcell ) from Ludhiana on dated 01.02.2014 .
Said parcell booked as per your web record showing as 03.02.2014.


From 07.02.2014 it is lying at Howrah Salkia branch & till today ( 10.02.2014 ) it is lying at salkia. [ Attached documents herewith)


Salkia DTDC team is least bothered even after several telecall they should make necessary arrangements to deliver the parcell.



They are shuttleing my query from saturday ( sometime they are having meeting/ sometime pick up van not came/ sometime booking forward not done by other team mate of salkia).



Now Salkia team is not taking my call.



They are forwarding this to Santragachi Sarkar DTDC.Further Sarkar DTDC is telling that Salkia team has not been forwarded to them.



As a customer I am least bother about their internal activity then why they are narrating story to me.


It is taking 10 days to reach from ludhiana to kolkata !!!!!!!


Now yesterday they write an email & giving update that consignment is torn condition.

Need your assistance in this matter.
