Complaint Details
Till date, I have not availed the MTNL – DOLPHIN DATING SERVICE and till date i am not using the same.
My mobile service is of MTNL DOLPHIN. My mobile no. is 9968001627.
It is found that in the following dates, amount at the rate of Rs. 5/- had deducted from my account under no. 54000005.
The dates of deduction of the amount are: 28.04.2013, 10.05.2013, 03.06.2013,15.06.2013, 09.07.2013, 24.07.2013, 30.07.2013, 11.08.2013, 16.08.2013, 02.09.2013, 18.09.2013,06.10.2013, 24.10.2013, 14.11.2013, 16.12.2013, 16.01.2014, 03.02.2014 and 09.02.2014.
So many times, i have complained about this to the Customer care service no. 1503 and they did not take any action till date. I have complained about this to the Consumer Complaints Redressal council also and no direction was given them to stop this service.
So I request that kindly direct them to stop this UNSUBSCRIBED SEVICE which causing defamation to me and reimburse an amount of Rs. 110/- to my account which had been deducted from my account.
