I had purchased a pack of Modern Bread recently and opened it within the expiry date. But I found that it contained a lot of fungus. I called up at the Chennai phone number provided on the wrapper and lodged my complaint immediately. I got a call from some 'quality control' person assuring me of action. But I am yet to hear from him again. I'm really appalled by the attitude of Unilever. It cannot get away with poor quality control in other countries. Just because our laws are lax, it gets away with inferior products and apathetic attitude towards the consumer.
