the cell phone i.e note 2
purchased by me has gone into service center 4 times but no resolution has been provided by the company. i pressed for replacement of the same model on the fouth repair cause the handset is costly and also loss of its utility causes loss of business for me. and anytime the service center takes atleast 2 days for solving the problem.the company too is not listening to the consumer even after writing mails,contacting their toll free number and so on so fore,this is why i am writing to you
