i have salaried account in HDFC bank @ sector 14 gurgaon branch. i lost my card and got to know the incident on 1st Nov 2013 at the time of online transaction (balance cheking) and some did 6 transaction thru my card and there are no alert message from bank on my registered no. i have blocked my card on 1st Nov and logged 6 complaints against each transaction in HDFC Customer care 011- 61606161.the custmer care executive suggested wait for 7 working days amount will be transfered in my account. after several follow up on 12th Nov i got a call from HDFC that submit the FIR copy and fill the form. i had completed the same formality on 12th only. some one visited to my office from HDFC to fill another form to process the same. after several follow up to HDFC customer care after 30 days of complaints the suggested again fill the Zero liability form and other formality.after 103 days of my complaint i have not recieved any satisfactory solution from bank and my case is still pending.
