I would like to bring to your notice a recruitment agency which makes false claims and hides facts from its clients.I had called Lotus Placement Services at Borivali west(Gorai) which claims to be govt recognized placement services for more than 13 years.
I had enquired for Accounts post-Senior position with Ms Muskan(9768173432) and had told her my experience and current CTC(Rs 460000/- p.a i.e Rs 38000/- P.M).She told me that they have vacancies for accounts for salaries ranging to Rs.40000/- P.M. She told me to come on the next day 30.1.13 and get myself registered with their placement services but I could not make it on 30th jan 2014 due to some audit work in my office.So I sent an sms on 9768173432 that I won’t to coming on 30th.I made a call on the same number on 30th Jan 14 afternoon and confirmed that I will come to 31st Jan 2014 for registration.

On 31st jan I got myself registered by paying Rs.200/-(receipt nos.253 dt 31.1.14) with the agency after filling up their agency form stating my current salary and I was given two interview letter after paying Rs 590/-(receipt nos.604 dt 31.1.13) for unlimited interview calls/letters for 2 months.I was given one interview letter for Dahisar and one for santacruz.I had gone to dahisar address but was told we will contact you later.When I called for interview at santacruz they gave me a mail id to forward my C.V which I did mentioning my current CTC and notice period.There was no response from both the locations so I called lotus’s western helpline(9969085174) and was once again given contact details of vacany at mahalaxmi.I called up them for interview,they gave a mail id to forward my C.V.I forwarded my C.V stating for Current CTC.I did not got any call from them too,

When I called Lotus western helpline on 8.2.14 stating that I have not received any call from the three contacts provided by them,I was given an assurance that we will get back to you after we get in touch with the recruiters.Again I called on 10.2.14 and was shocked when I was told that they do not provide employment for salary more than Rs 30000/-.When I said that you should have made it clear to me before my registration or at the time of registration they(Ms Muskan) said we have mentioned it in our receipt back side regarding the same and she refused to accept that she had assured me that they have jobs for salary higher than Rs 30000/-.She blamed me and said You should have checked while registering for which I said I had pointed it out to the person who collected the charges from me but was assured that we will look for the job.
They just make tall claims to get money from the candidates and not provide satisfactory service to them.Please do take strong action against such agencies who misleads the candidates.
