Complaint Details
I have purchased a I10 Car kappa magna 1.2 Reg. No. DL9CAA5340 from Orion Hyundai dated 15-10-2013. At the time of booking, I show all my original documents for Loyalty Bonus. My Old Car Santro reg. No. DL4CP6189. I show original RC and Original Insurance to Mr. Prince (Orion Hyundai). When I reach the Orion Hyundai office to purchase the car, they have not given me loyalty bonus of Rs. 20000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand only) and even they have deposited the amount Rs. 20000/- from my side at that time and told me they will return it after two months. I have already mail to Hyundai person Mr. Vivek Chaudhary and Neha Khatri regarding this matter. But they are not responding.
