Subject- Cheating by HDFC Insurance Staff –Policy No. 15793586. Date 04.02.13

Dear Sir/Madam
My self Gyan Chandra Mishra kind bring notice to you that myself having Policy No. 15793586 with clint Id 55615557 in Sampoorn Samridhi Insurance plan . I had taken this Policy plan detail Through your staff Miss Amrita Singh & Mahesh Rao and he told me at the time of purchasing policy that premium to be paid till 5 years and maturity will in 11 years
So we have faith in your staff and also we have not received policy kit in our mailing address. Your staff handover policy kit to us at Durgapur by hand to me. And on faith with Miss Amrita Singh we have not read policy document
Just we have received the mail from HDFC Insurance regarding the premium then i have visit your Durgapur Branch office and ask to their staff then he confirmed to me that you have 11 years premium plan and premium to be paid continue 11 years. I have shocked after getting this information

Myself already valuable customer of your HDFC Insurance Co and having other policies and pay Rs 65000/ per year also on timely

So i think that you staff has cheating with me because your staff give wrong information to me about the given plan.

Now we are requesting to you please convert my policy premium in to 5 years condition otherwise please refund my money because myself not able to pay continue in 11 years.

I hope that you will understand me and will cooperate. i am waiting your positive response
