My Self Parin Patel I Purchase One Track Suit On Dated 15/01/2014.
My Order No Is. 4931764.(Arunbhai Patel)
And I didn’t Get My Tracksuit Due to Poor Courier Service.
I always check my status on courier Site And As per status My Courier is Rangpuri Delhi Branch.
And I call to your Customer Care service on Dated 21/01/2014 and that time I raised My Refund Query.
And As per your policy you have to provide me refund within 7 to 10 Working Days.
And today already 20 days completed and till date I didn’t get my refund.
So how this is possible. I never seen this type of poor service.
This is not first time I faced This problem I purchased 3 track suit and I didn’t get Any of one.
Every time you provide me refund so its my Humble request to you Please follow your policy and hire good Courier service.
