Dear Sir/Madam,

I wanted to take a new DTH connection so opted for Airtel's "Mega 12M_HD" @Rs.525/month advertised in their website

I paid for the service through online on 7-feb-14 and they installed the set-top box on 8-feb-14 and yesterday 12-feb-14 over phone conversation (attached) they said I will be offered only 2 months free instead of 12 months that is advertised; upon several calls and long discussions they are bargaining for 6 free months or refund. During installation process they drilled 2 large holes to my window for running their wires which I need to pay from rental caution deposit so I am not in a position to accept their refund.

I believe they are giving false advertisements to attract consumers attention first then they are bargaining for lesser valued packages than what is advertised.

I believe that I am a victim of false advertisement and I request you to do justice to me and punish Bharti Telemedia Ltd so that there wont be any more victims to their scams.
