Complaint Details
on 31st jan i recharge the internet pack for the day of 30 days
on 8th feb my net balance is 720 mb approxmately
on 9th feb this is showing 0balance of internet
when i call to customer care they r refuse to take my complain to saying that u had connected ur sim card to dongle thats why ur net balance is deducted
plz give me solution on that.
