Sir,

am sorry to inform you that I had passed through a very bad experince at M/s Avia Auto Services Pvt. Ltd. by Mr. Neeraj Mishra, MD Mr. Amit and Lalit Sales officers. Actually on 23.01.2014 I went to M/s Avia Auto Services, Reanult East Delhi showroom to buy a PULSE white coloured car. All these officials shown me the car and then promised me to give a best deal in this regard. Therfore after got convinced by them at the Rs.5.60 lakhs and also promised that these rates are on best deal and confirmed that white car will be made available to me. So I booked a PULSE RXL white colour by paying Rs.5000/- vide receipt No.GEEAL3004570 dated 23.01.2014 where in on employee code is mentioned EMP 161 for Lalit kumar. He also promised me to deliver the car within two three days. But is it my surprise that after twodays I went to buy the car. Mr. amit told me tht sorry we cannot give you white car as there is no white car available then i asked him to refund my money i will buy from some other dealer. Then he became very furious and told me that he will not refund the booking amount and also not give the car to us although he we presssurising me to buy the silver coloured car. which I dont want. finally a dispute arise between Mr. amit and Me. Amit was very adament to neither give us the car nor refund the money. Then amit called mr. neeraj mishra who was socalled MD of the showrrom was very arrogent and abusive told us you are not able to buy a car and misbehavedd with me in an abusive manner. I was there with my elder brother he also all three person misbeahved with us and deniend to refund our money. As I wish to buy renault so I bought it from some other dealer.

My hummble request is that kindly look into the matter and get refund my money. They told us they money will not be given back and this will be forfieted. I told them that I will make a comlaint agaisnt u guys. Thre reply was very amazing "JA JO KARANA HAI KAR LE DELHI MAIN TO TUJHE GADI NAHI MILEGI OR NA HI PAISE". Please take a suitable action in this regard and alaso inform me on what ground that booking amount is foreited by the dealer. I am also going to file a complaint agaisnt the dealer in National Consumer Redressel Commission. in this regard.

You are therefore requested kindly take a suitable action and intimate me accordingly.
