Complaint Details
I use Reliance CDMA mobile 9323222817. I received following SMS on 13/02/2014 16:14 "Amount Charged VAS VideoStore Rs 1.00. Current Main Balance: Rs:141.85". When I dialed customer care no. 198, the CS repr. repeatedly told me that "the VAS request was made from customer (my) side, hence money cannot be refunded." I told them, that I haven't made any request to activate VAS pack. But they keep on saying that I activated it, and they are not willing to pay Rs 1:00 back". This has happened THREE times before. In this way they keep on deducting ILLEGALLY my prepaid balance.
