dear sir/mam,
I have an idea number 9250072045 which i am not using for 7 months(i've lost the sim card)... so i just stopped using the number and didn't feel to get the sim back because of their poor network.... but after some time, i got some calls from idea asking me whether i want to use the number or not.... i said that i dont want to use because of their poor network, and requested them to close the number permanently.... she said OK, ill close...next day again i got a call and same thing took place.... this happened for about a week before someone told me that i have to clear my bills for turning the number off, and the even filed a case against me in court... i cleared the bill.. details below:

after this, i called them again and said that i have cleared the bill and now close the number....
that said that they'll do it within (i think) 48 hours or something...
after some time, again i got a bill and... i called the and told them the whole scene... they asked me to visit the nearest Idea center and ask them to close the number as only idea center people could do it.... then i visited idea showroom and gave them the ID proof, so they told that they will do it and gave me a request number: S1-13081467959
it has been around 2 weeks since my visit to idea showroom, the number is still activate, and i get calls from idea daily for another bill payment of around rs. 600... but when i have not used the number, why should i pay for it even after i have payed for 3-4 months of NON-USAGE.... i want a full wave-off of this bill and closing of the number immediately... thanks
