Complaint Details
I have an iPhone whci is under a valid warranty. It has developed battery problems which the company is supposed to cover under warranty. I have reported the issue to their service centre and telephonic support 3 months back. Inspite of repeated visits to the service centre and calls the company has not provided a repair or replacement to the said iPhone. The problem is well documented in their own support forums too.
