Hello,
I ordered hp pavilion nx007ax laptop from snapdeal.com worth Rs. 42272/- on 31/1/2014 (order number 1652467670) using Cash on Delivery. Laptop was delivered damaged by ecom express and a reverse pickup was initiated on 4th Feb 2014. Laptop was delivered to snapdeal's Okhla warehouse on 7th Feb 2014 (ECOM AWB# 101913308). It's 13th today and still I have not received any communication regarding replacement or refund for the product. On writing repeated emails and calling their paid customer care service number I am only getting fake promises and till day nothing has happen.
I am without laptop from last 13 days and lost more than Rs. 10000/- in addition; as I work from my home.
