I placed order on Ferns N Petals for the delivery of cake and flowers on 12th February 2014 and order was placed on February 8th of 2014. The order was not delivered from Ferns N Petals side on the mentioned date, neither call was made to me nor mail was send to me. Ferns N Petals started covering for their inability to deliver ordered product on mentioned date, when i informed about the same on phone call and Ferns N Petals still continue to give false representation of order delivery by sending delivery message to me. In the call also i have made my self very clear that i want my money back, since Ferns N Petals didn't delivered the product on February 12th 2014. Since Ferns N Petals didn't delivered the order on mentioned date i should get my money back. The order was refused by recipient since Ferns N Petals are making delivery after the delay of one complete day and after informing to them about the issue and presenting reimbursement request. Please help me in this case.
