Dear Sir,

Again money is deducted from the main balance instead of internet data pack. i have registered a complaint to reliance customer care executive on 15/02/2014 and my service request number is 216660161. customer care executive told me that 80.30 rupees is deducted from my main balance.
last time you people made me assure that I will not get this type problem again.

I again request you to solve my problem.

Below are my previous complaints which I have filed on 04/01/2014.


(I am Satish, using reliannce gsm sim in Guwahati, Assam. My mobile number
is 9864064071. I have registered a complaint through reliance customer
care executive on 15/12/2013 and my service request number is 213621506. I
have internet data balance but whenever i use internet, money is deducted
from my main balance. I have complained regarding this to customer care
executive but he told me that I have used 3G that's why money was deducted
but I didn't use my phone in 3G mode. Let assume I used 3G but why money
was deducted from my main balance, It should have been deducted from data
balance. I have also tried to talk with senior customer care executive 3-4
times but your customer care executive always put me on hold for 1-2
minutes and then call is disconnected.
Sir, yesterday again money was deducted from my main balance.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Money is refunded but my problem is not solved. Again money is deducted
from my main account instead of Data balance. And again I have complaint
to reliance customer care executive. 16+37=53 rupees was deducted from my
account between 07/01/2014 to 08/01/2014 and my service request number is
214714563. I have talked with customer care executive and he always
registered my complaint but not able to solve.
On 09/01/2014 between 1:00 am to 2:00 am, again ~15 rupees was deducted
and I have called customer care executive but he told me that system was
down so he couldn't register my complaint.

Sir, I am totally tired with reliance, I don't know how to handle this
problem. I think reliance don't want to solve customer problem and always
want to loot the public money.
Two days before I got a call from reliance customer care And the lady told
me that problem will be solved as soon as possible. But God knows when
they will solve my problem.
Now I regularly check my balance to know whether my money is deducted or
not. If I don't chek my balance then god knows how much money reliance
will loot from my account and also don't know how much money they have
looted in the past.)
