I booked a room at Jojolapa Hill Homestay through MakeMyTrip and completed the payment. However, when I called the hotel while on my way there, the hotel owner told me that all the rooms were fully booked. The owner said they would refund the money quickly; they took my contact number and a screenshot of the payment receipt. Since then, they have not given any response."
