Complaint Details
I Opted for Annal Maintenance Cost ( AMC) of my RO Water Machine for which i Paid 9000 Rs for 2 Years of Service Commitment from Company under which company claimed for any defect or Part Replacement to be free of Cost .After a period of 5 month my RO Machine started showing issues for which i called the Company to Resolve the Complaint under AMC .But i did not get any response from Company Representative after 1 Week of Follow up over Telephonic calls done.After a Week the Person picked up the call and said the Service is Cancelled and they will not able to Resolve my issue.Now i am not getting any response regarding refund or issue of my Product from the Company.
