I am with Dish Tv from 2010. My VC # is 01510377614. I convert from Normal to HD
STB on Aug 2013. After 4 months I got a problem and they told like it is STB problem and they'll replace as it is under warranty. But on coming for Replacement only I came to know as their company norms they will replace with refurbished one of any type what ever they are having. This is really shocking and it is not mentioned any where. At the time of installation they told like warranty is for one year and any problem they'll replace it with new one. Now they are telling some company norms which not communicated to me before.
I am fed up with this and I ask them to close the connection and refund my balance amount (I paid for 5 Years plan). But they told like it is not refundable. Could you please help me to get some solution for this?
