Complaint Details
I saw a reel on Instagram in which the aforementioned seller is selling t shirts of high end brands like diesel,carhartt & true religion etc. So, I contacted them on their phone number which was mentioned on their Instagram page & after that they told me to contact them through WhatsApp. So I followed the steps & sent them the T-shirt screenshot from their page & they booked it & they sent me scanner to complete the payment & I did all of that. After that when received the product it was different from the original & it was a misleading reel. I decided to confront them through WhatsApp & one of their guy told me to not to report & told me to send that t shirt back to them & the will refund me my money . So I did exactly like that but after receiving the product & confirming it , they didn’t refund me my money.
I have attached all the screenshots of our conversation & necessary details.
I don’t hope to get my money back but I hope that some legal action could be taken against them for misleading customers & selling fake counterfeit products.
