Complaint Details
We have shifted from Gurugram to Rohtak. We have lodged a request for reinstallation of the same. After so many calls engineer came but spoiled everything. After he has fit RO, our entire house is full of water. His attitude was also not good.

He has taken charge more than told. After that, we are daily calling kent RO customer care, No one is taking pain. I believe that Kent RO has no quality of employe.

Kindly resolve the issue of reinstallation
