I had lodged complaint regarding issue with my compressor of whirlpool proton series fridge,. I was told it need to be replaced and was as proton series has been discontinued they would send neo series also it would be of 255 l. When the fridge arrived it is of 242 litres which is not acceptable and when I checked online proton series is in existence but is costly. The company has cheated me first by giving false information of non availability of proton series just to save money and secondly sending 242 l when a higher capacity fridge was mentioned. I would appreciate if some action is taken against such activity
