Respected Sir/Madam,
I am MURUGAN BATTERY COMPANY and I have send the registered speed parcel to SAPPHIRE FOOD (KFC), PONDICHERRY through KPN SPEED PARCEL SERVICE from ANNA NAGAR WEST, CHENNAI to PONDICHERRY on 07/05/2026, and the Parcel is not delivered still now , I call to the KPN SPEED PARCEL SERVICE for several times regarding this , But they just ignoring me and they are not ready to speak with me.
So I kindy request you to take a necessary steps on my complaint.
I don't know what to do , I hope that , this complaint is the only way to deliver the Parcel.
I have attached the corresponding details along with this complaint
