My tikona wifi connection id is 1124112813 from prayagraj but before 2 months ago I have many times to register a complaint but no any response from call or email I have already recharge a yearly package please my issue is if tikona wifi not solved the problem so please refund a full amount of recharge or service will be provided with 2 months grace period. Thank you
