Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,

I booked an international flight ticket through MakeMyTrip on 19.06.2026. At the time of booking, an offer was displayed providing an Instant Discount of INR 5,000 and an Additional Discount of INR 2,500 upon selecting the No Cost EMI option for 6 or 9 months.

Accordingly, I selected the 6-month No Cost EMI option. The fare details displayed during the booking process were as follows:

Booking Details:

Ticket Cost (Airline Base Fare + Taxes): INR 92,880.00
MMT Convenience Fee: INR 3,450.00
Insurance: INR 998.00
Total Amount: INR 97,328.00

Less:

Instant Discount: INR 5,000.00
Additional EMI Discount: INR 2,500.00
Net Amount: INR 89,828.00

Further, under the 6-Month No Cost EMI option, an upfront discount of INR 4,719.00 was applicable. However, this discount was not provided at the time of purchase.

Therefore:

Net Amount after EMI Upfront Discount should have been: INR 85,109.00
Amount Charged/Debited from my Credit Card: INR 89,828.00
As a result, the eligible No Cost EMI upfront discount of INR 4,719.00 has not been credited/adjusted in my transaction.

I request you to kindly investigate the matter and arrange to credit the pending discount amount of INR 4,719.00 to my credit card at the earliest.
