My booking with booking ID/
AN22AJMBT1284163648(PNRH827RT) for Doha To Thiruvanathapuram on 10th March 2026 was cancelled the aireline. Air India Express has confiremed that the refund of 487.81 AED was processed to your agency account on 27/03/2026.However i have not received that amount yet and my app shows the trip as completed.i already contact Make My Trip Team.Unfortunately they are dont answer my email and also phone.kindly investigate this immediately and credit the refund to my original payment account.
