I have purchased the below product on 31.1.2026.

New QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones with Mic, Over-Ear, 24H Battery (1 Unit) on 31.1.2026.
The order number is 20678134.

Neither the product has been delivered nor there is any update on the same.
Since you are unable to deliver the product, they have not even considered a refund.

I request you to look into the matter & refund me the amount along with interest & compensation for this fraudulent practice.
