Complaint Details
TV was Installed by TCL technician on 26th June, Complaint was raised for defective panel on 28th June and since then the problem has not been resolved. I am claiming for complete refund as the TCL is unable to rectify the issue. Multiple mail have been sent but no positive response from TCL. details attached further explaining the case.
