Honarable Sir/Maam,

I seek your personal intervention in this case of mis-selling & Frauds done by EBAY. Kindly give your precious 5 minutes to go through the below listed issues.

I have ordered TRAVEL MICRO HAIR DRYER OZOMAX TWO SPEED FORDABLE (281074232762) on 21/10/13 from www.ebay.in, where clearly mentioned 6 month warranty.

This product is not working for last 20 days, I approached to customer care of the product on 18004190299 & they confirmed only 3 month warranty & disconnected my call.

I also approached seller (3rd Party)(Xavira Sheth- 09930157002) via mail (As below listed) & also try to approach on phone but his no. is switched off.

I also approached ebay & they confirm to provide warrenty of 30 days. But on their site it was clearly mentioned 6 month warranty with the product.


I am raising this issue of mis-selling & false committment. Kindly help & other details are below listed.
