Hello,

I gave my mobile model (Spice Mi-495) for repair at Optimum Teleservices Pvt Ltd. Vikas Marg, Shakarpur branch on 30th Nov 2013 but I have not yet received any call if the repair has been done.
It has been 3 months now. I have called customer care and got following complaint number : 0400018026
I have tried contacting them via their official email ID mentioned on their website and through their facebook page but alas I received only new complaint numbers.
