am writing to raise a complaint regarding the aquarium filter that we purchased approximately 10 days ago. Since the time of purchase, the filter has not been working properly and is currently not working at all.
We have already raised a complaint regarding the issue, but no one has visited or contacted us yet to resolve the problem. As the filter is defective and we have been facing this issue since the purchase, we request you to kindly arrange for a replacement of the filter at the earliest.
Please treat this matter as urgent and arrange the necessary action as soon as possible.
