I purchased vyb watch market by Fastrack from Amazon after 5 months watch strip discolor.I complain to coustomer care toll free no and also visit titan store.but not reply any proper answer or not even give my complaint no ,they only tell i registere you complain. They tell that company not provided any parts of this watch. The coustomer care tell only option to give 50% of your watch you pay.I not want 50% ,only exchange my watch or provide strip.
