I bought matresses worth 9400 and within 1 months the matress become like sagging matress.


Me and my family is having back pain because of the mattress.
Its difficult to sleep on it as matress they have become like cotton and sponge.
and you will feel complete back pain on lying on it.

Again I have complained and this is my second compliant in my second complain the Consumer manager are not agreed the mattress has become extremely soft and bulging. And also custmor care person are talking with me and ask do what you have to do but mattress will not changes very rudly behaviour. And I told him to conduct a physical inspection, but he refused that as well


there was a warranty of 2 years to the product.
This is completely injustice to people who with so difficulty try to buy some good product and big companies do cheating with us.
