Complaint Details
I placed an order for aluminum doors and windows in October 2025 (Order #160078) and was assured that the delivery and installation would be completed within 90 days.
Despite repeated follow-ups, numerous assurances, and several excuses for the delays, team has failed to complete the project even after 12 months. Few windows are not what I was promised.
