Binay Panigrahi contacted on 25th Oct. 2013 to Mr. Ujjwal Ku. Sarkar of URS Technology, Kolkata, Cell: 9830021153, Mail: ursindia@hotmail.com for four nos. of Xerox machines and accordingly Rs.1,20,000/- has been paid as advance amount through net transfer from the the account of Jayashree Panigrahi to URS tech. out of the total billing amount of Rs.1,60,000/-. But Mr. Ujjawal continuously tried to cheat by postponing delivery dates over phone and his last sms said on 6th Dec. 2013 that he can not give machines and shall return the given amount. But till date he has not returned our given money and continuously cheating us over phone that he will deposit today and so on. We think this sort of cheating is a part of racket and must be punished by court of law and we should get justice.
