I had bought a Jean Paul perfume from Shopclues.com (order 10713755). I paid Rs 2278 after discount for the perfume. When i received the perfume , the perfume was a fake. I know this because I've used this perfume before. The color of the perfume is yellow and the original color is suppose to be peach. The smell is also very different. I asked for a refund but the company says that the product that was delivered is the same that was ordered. I even sent them the picture of the product that was sent to me and what the actual product looks like (Also attached here for your reference). I don't know what to do. Please help.
