Complaint Details
We had kept our goods with Royal Movers for storage for 1 year during relocation. He returned our items minus an expensive three-seater sofa-cum-bed and two boxes of important items and has refused to even reimburse us or speak to us re the same. I have sent him many emails and text messages since Nov 2013 but he has chosen to ignore all our calls/emails since Jan 2014.
