Complaint Details
The company has provided my contact no. +91- 9769016301 in all of its shipments on 17-Feb-14 to be delivered in New Delhi. I have complained to the company’s customer care desk about this matter. They assured me to resolve the same within 2 hours. But the same issue was not resolved and I received around 30 calls from courier agencies regarding shipment delivery with various names like Ekta, Chandrakiran, Vinod etc. etc. On 18-Feb-14, I have again received calls from courier agencies from Bengluru, Chandigarh and Lakhnow etc. I have again complained to the company (Homeshop 18) around 10:00 a.m. They promised me to resolve this issue within 2 hours. I have received around 20 calls till 03:00 p.m. and still calls are coming.
