Dear Sir / Maam

We have a policy bearing no. 5009472878 and 5009472886 which sold by your representative Amit Tewari.

During his sales pitch he told us that we can terminate the policy after a year, but now your telecalling agents and SMS are telling me to pay the renewal amout of Rs, 58,000 something.

Please note we dont have any intention of carrying on this policy any further and please terminate the policy and return the amount of Rs. 70,000/- invested so far.

Please note that if I had known that I have to pay a premium of Rs. 70,000/- every year than I wouldn't have done it.
