Complaint Details
I booked a skydiving jump with Dreamcatchers. The refund policy clearly says that a 100% refund is provided in the event the jump is cancelled 1 week prior to the booking date. I made a cancellation 3 weeks prior to the booking date. I am yet to receive a refund.
