I am a customer of HDFC Bank credit card from the last 4 years. I am using the card frequently almost 1-1.5 lakh per annum. I have not defaulted on any payment on my card. Neither i have missed any due date to pay my minimum amount.But for the month of Janurary 2014, I forgot to pay my bill because of my other engagement. They Blocked my card after generating the bill for feb,2014 without prior information or notice. I tried using my card and it was declined. I felt very insulted and cheated. They kind of services they are providing are worst. For the information the missed minimum amount was just Rs.780
