i purchased ram from their site on 27dec2013 for rs.571 (order no-1548935086).As i was out of town ,my apartment guard received it.When i came back after nearly 1 month .i found it to be not working.I contacted them to either replace the product .They told me they have 7days return policy,and told me to go to service centre. For this product brand ,their is no service centre and also it was under 5yr warranty as specified on their site.I again contacted them to procide me the details of the service centre.But they are not providing any details but again and again sending me the same message that "take the product to service centre ,we wont take it back".Help me the get a resolution as fast as possible..
